Who we are and how we are paid

Bellwether Reach LLC (“Bellwether Reach”, “we”) is a paid investor-awareness and marketing service. We are compensated by the public companies we feature (“Issuers”) or by third parties acting on their behalf. Compensation is paid in cash, in advance, as a flat fee. We do not accept shares, options, warrants, convertible instruments or any fee contingent on share price, trading volume or capital raised.

Consistent with Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, every email, landing page, investor brief and social post we distribute on behalf of an Issuer identifies the Issuer, the party that paid us, and the amount and form of compensation.

We are not an adviser, broker or analyst

Bellwether Reach is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA or any state securities regulator as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or investment analyst. Nothing we publish is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Our content is advertising and is labelled as such.

Source of information

Our content is prepared from Issuer press releases, filings with the SEC or OTC Markets, and other publicly available materials. We do not independently verify Issuer statements. Issuers review and approve content before distribution. We do not receive, request or use material non-public information.

Trading policy

Bellwether Reach, its owners and employees do not hold positions in, and do not trade, the securities of any Issuer during an engagement and for 30 days after it ends. We do not engage in market-making, bid support or coordinated buying, and we do not post on message boards or in chat rooms under undisclosed or fictitious identities.
